Personal & Business Coaching
Liz is a qualified Personal and Business Coach and is also a certified NLP Practitioner.
Coaching is about working with people whether they come via their business or for personal needs. You don't have to be a high-flying executive to work with us, just someone who wants to work on their skills that they use everyday in their employment. Liz has run coaching sessions for groups and individuals. Often, the coaching sessions will start off with undergoing a Psychometric tests to help identify strengths and development areas - this is a great way to fast track. Coaching is about setting goals that help you achieving them the things you need in your working life but balancing your personal life too. People often come to us saying that they don't know why they've been sent on this - they do a good job. Liz doesn't just coach people who suffer from poor performance - we work with people who want to work at their best whilst still retaining their personality, humour and home life. |
Do you ever get to that point where you just know you need a get away for a few days but you've no idea where you want to go? It's all about having some time to yourself to explore a new place you've never been.
What if there was someone who was an experienced guide who could help you choose where you want to go, help you pack the things you need and promised to be just at the end of the phone if you get lost? Coaching is not about giving you answers and solving your problems for you. Coaching is about helping you decide what you want to do with your life and teaching you the tools that you need in order to go and get the things that you want. Yes, coaches will challenge you to look at what you hold dear, question what you've always believed and try something you've never done, but every single step that you take is one that you've decided on, with your Coach standing there at your shoulder, cheering you on and being there for you when you want to check your next move. We've told you the difference already between Personal Coaching and Corporate Coaching, but the one thing that they both have in common is that you, the person who has decided to be coached is always in charge. |
